Dear Friends,
- He is gracious in the sight of the LORD.
- The righteous man and is blameless in his generation.
- One who also walks with God.
- Heir to righteousness by faith.
- Proclaimer of righteousness.
When the Lord saw Noah, He was the only righteous man of that generation. Not only that, when God called him, he obeyed his word and did what he commanded. In II Peter 2:5 he appears to have proclaimed righteousness and protected his family as well.
It took 120 years to build the ark, as God had mentioned. He may have faced many accusations and insults at that time. At the same time, he was warned by God of things he could not see, he patiently built the ship without leaving the fear of God. When God told him what he was going to do, he believed in Him and waited patiently.
The ship is ready now. Animal all got into it. 8 people also boarded, but waited silently on the ship for another 7 days. That is, God allowed the rest of them to be saved during this time. Still looking forward for them. According to 1 Peter 3:20, To protect his people, God proclaimed the truth and awaited for their salvation. Even though Noah did not know the whole thing, he did not get tired and waited for what He would say.
In the same way, even now he kept years of grace before us and He is waiting.
With the onset of 2020, the situation changed dramatically. No one knows when or what will happen. Just as God waited another seven days for the people of Noah's day, so our days continue to increase. This life will end sometime, but the goal before us is to enter the kingdom of God.Does it already make sense that this world is temporary? Thousands are dying before our eyes. The time is fast approaching when we too will reach that point. According to Ezekiel 14:14 “ Even if these three men Noah, Daniel and Job, were in it, they would only deliver themselves.” Says the Lord God. We, like Noah, must defend our righteousness. According to Hebrew 11:7 The Lord wants us to receive that inheritance, just as faith is the inheritance of righteousness.
All of these are just some of the things that made sense to me by studying Noah's life.
Below are all the references in the Bible about Noah. Share with me the things the Lord spoke to you when you also studied. Thus let us strengthen one another in faith.
Genesis 5:29 - And he called his name Noah, saying, "This one will comfort us concerning our work and toll of our hands, because of the ground which the lord has cursed."Genesis 5:32 - And Noah was 500 years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham and Japheth.Genesis 6:8 - But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.Genesis 6:9 - This is the genealogy of Noah, Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.
Genesis 6:13 - And God said to Noah, The end of the flesh has come before me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Genesis 6:22 - Thus Noah did; according to all that God commanded him, so he did.
Genesis 7:1 - Then the Lord said Noah, "come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation.
Genesis 7:5 - And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him.

Genesis 9:1 - So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.
Genesis 9:29 - So all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years; and he died.
Isaiah 54:9 - "For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
Ezekiel 14:14 - "Even if these three men, Noah, Daniel and Job, were in it, they would deliver only themselves by their righteousness," says the Lord God.
Hebrew 11:7 - By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with Godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
1 Peter 3:20 - Who formerly were disobedient, when once the divine long suffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
II Peter 2:5 - And did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly!
Historical Evidences:
Searches for Noah's Ark have been made from at least the time of Eusebius (c. 275–339) to the present day. Nevertheless, Mount Ararat is traditionally considered the resting place of Noah's Ark. It is called a biblical mountain. Mount Ararat has been associated with the Genesis account since the 11th century, and Armenians began to identify it as the ark's landing place during that time. The team claims to have found in 2007 and 2008 seven large wooden compartments buried at 13,000 feet (4,000 meters) above sea level, near the peak of Mount Ararat. They returned to the site with a film crew in October 2009.
Many other cultures also have stories of an ancient flood that left only a few survivors- the Babylonians, ancient Greeks and Romans, and Native Americans. These stories are generally taken as myths or morality tales, but scientists have now found evidence that a great flood did occur in the region of the black Sea about 7,000 years ago. Marine archaeologists have found the first evidence of a people who perished in a great flood of the Black Sea that has been linked with the story of Noah's ark. Using robot underwater vehicles more that 300ft below that sea's surface, they have begun to map a rolling landscape, fed by meandering streams and marked with wattle and daub houses, that was flooded more than 7,000 years age. Replicas of portions of the ark at the Creation Museum (Petersburg, Kentucky) and in a warehouse nearby. Now we see another ark made in US with the same measurements that God gave to Noah.
As mentioned above, here are some of the things I learned.
